Wendi Lee (Dee Dee) Barkman

Wendi Lee (Dee Dee) Barkman, 57, passed away on Friday, July 5, 2024.

Wendi was a selfless, kind and beautiful soul who always put others needs before her own. She loved spending her Friday nights at Booth’s Corner’s Farmer’s Market and her weekly Sunday breakfast and afternoons at the Lenni VFW. She was never without her XL coke icees from Wawa. She was a devoted single mother (predeceased by Jay VanZant). She gave everything she had to everyone in her life but specifically her only daughter. She also was the best “Mimi” to her favorite “grand-dog” Koda. Wendi is survived by her only daughter Kasey VanZant (Dennis Gliem), mother Bea Barkman, sister Patti (Ken) Miller, boyfriend Ken (Chico) Morgan and beloved god-daughter Madisyn Harrison and many other family and friends. Wendi is predeceased by father Robert Barkman, sister Cheri Lancianese and beloved dog Lucky. Private celebration of life will be held.
